Introduction
The course will introduce the fundamentals of In-Flight Service activities such as preparing meal and beverage services, making safety announcements, responding to cabin situations, and preparing for take-off and landing procedures, among other essential tasks related to the cabin crew job scope. Additionally, trainees will be introduced to the basic check-in counter and ground handling operations tasks.
Upon completion of training and assessments, student will be awarded with Malaysian Skills Certificate in In- Flight Services (Level 3) from JPK.
Entry Requirement
• Minimum 18 years’ old and maximum is 30 years’ old
• Minimum SPM with pass in English & Bahasa Melayu
• Have interest in aviation industries
• Medically fit (No colour blind)
• No visible tattoos
• No criminal record
